Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Valid Reasons to return an item:
Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Note: Refund will be sent to you within 7 days after acceptance.
Terms and Conditions to Return a product:
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Please keep the receipt.
The product must be unused, and without any flaws.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
New Mobiles may not be eligible for Return.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a right packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
